We are seeking an experienced Sr.QA to build and lead our quality assurance strategy. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive testing methodologies that address the unique challenges of autonomous agent systems while ensuring our solutions meet the high standards required. This role combines technical expertise in QA

QUALIFICATIONS :

3+ years of software QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools
Familiarity with finance and accounting processes, terminology, and software
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related

DESIRED SKILLS :

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and systematic problem-solving approach

Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for quality across teams

Experience with specialized AI testing approaches (adversarial testing, explainability testing)

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for finance and accounting software

Experience with performance testing and scalability evaluation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design and implement QA strategies and test plans specific

Develop specialized testing frameworks to evaluate AI agent decision-making, autonomy boundaries, and interaction patterns

Lead testing efforts across the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment

Create test cases that validate both technical functionality and domain-specific accuracy

Build automated testing solutions for regression testing and continuous integration

Establish metrics and quality benchmarks for evaluating agent performance and reliability

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to prioritize quality improvement

Develop and maintain testing documentation including test plans, cases, and reports
