Role Overview :
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the Arul Group. This position demands a visionary leader with strong fundamentals in corporate finance, capital management, risk assessment, and strategic planning. The CFO will play a critical role in enabling long-term financial sustainability and business growth, while ensuring financial discipline and governance across all group entities.
Key Experience Required :
Proven track record in project funding, and financial operations across diversified industriesStrong exposure to banking sectors in MNC, nationalized, or private banks is highly preferredAbility to identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with banking sectors for project funding and credit linesExpertise in fund flow planning, treasury, and capital structuringExperience managing multi-entity financial operations and complianceCore Responsibilities :
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growthProvide financial insights and recommendations to the board and leadership teamEvaluate new investment opportunities and capital allocation2. Fund Flow & Banking Relations
Manage and optimize fund flow across group companiesIdentify banking institutions to fund projects and support expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, NBFCs, and credit providersLead negotiations for working capital, term loans, and structured finance solutions3. Financial Planning, Control & Compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysisEnsure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)Coordinate audits and ensure strong internal controls4. Team Development & Operational Efficiency
Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team across multiple verticalsImplement SOPs, ERP systems, and real-time MIS for informed decision-makingCollaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to embed financial disciplineQualifications :
MBA in Finance – MandatoryCA – Preferred but not mandatory15+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably across manufacturing, EPC, or construction sectorsBackground in banking or financial services is an added advantageHands-on experience in managing multi-entity structures and high-value project fundingKey Skills :
