Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (Team Lead) with a strong foundation in Angular , React , WordPress , and PHP . This role demands someone who is both technically strong and capable of leading a small development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-performance, scalable front-end solutions, guiding junior developers, and collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers to deliver web projects on time with high-quality standards.
Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Angular and React.
Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project needs.
Work with PHP and WordPress backend for dynamic website integration.
Collaborate with designers to translate UI / UX wireframes into functional code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
Perform code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance for junior developers.
Manage project timelines, task distribution, and status reporting.
Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes swiftly.
Follow best practices for code structure, security, and version control (Git).

Required Skills

4–5 years of experience in front-end development.

Proficient in Angular and React.js frameworks.

Strong hands-on experience with HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , jQuery .

Proficient in WordPress development, including theme / plugin customization.

Working knowledge of PHP for WordPress and backend interaction.

Familiarity with REST APIs and integration methods.

Experience with version control systems like Git .

Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have )

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery.

Knowledge of SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.

Familiarity with My SQL and database concepts.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines or deployment processes.

Experience working in Agile environments.
