Responsibilities
- Gather Sales Plan, Business Plan & Actual data from all Key Account Managers.
- Prepare RFQ dashboard.
- Assist-customer visits- arranging meeting room, vehicles, coordinate with plant heads.
- Monitor- Oil price, currencies and market trends and share with the team.
- Prepare / assist account managers for important presentations.
- Tour claims, credit card billing etc.
