About the Role
This role would be part of the Technology team at WeWork India - which is responsible for implementing and managing applications required by our internal as well as external users.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- Liaison with the external development partner supporting WeWork India with the Salesforce application set-up and improvements - it is expected that the Developer can manage the vendor and guide them to implement the right requirements for WeWork India
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages / Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components
- Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new / updates to existing applications and code
- Working with integrated applications (both internal and external)
- Testing (unit and systems), and debugging
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Support with end-user training; creation of training material and improve user adoption
- Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
- Contributing to technical documentation and internal SOP maintenance
- Supporting the Salesforce Administrator with all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

Salesforce product knowledge and at least 1-2 years of Salesforce development experienceOverall SF admin experience - 5 years experienceDesirable :
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer IAdditional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript DeveloperBachelors / Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience in software developmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
