About the Role
Strong understanding of Vehicle Finance loan products, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report on sales performance Manage and coach sales team Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the financial services & Team Handling in NBFC sector is beneficial Previous industry experience
