Power BI Data Analyst - Full remote - contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Power BI Data Analyst.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need tbe fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Design and manage Power BI dashboards that convert data into clear, compelling visual narratives tailored for leadership and stakeholders;
• Use statistical techniques to uncover trends, measure impact, and generate evidence-based recommendations related to change adoption;
• Analyze data to uncover trends and measure impact;
• Collaborate with Transformation Data Lead and Organizational Change Management team;
• Support development of automated, scalable data pipelines;
• Communicate findings effectively;
• Summarize and report findings;
• Translate survey and feedback data quantitative and qualitative, into clear, actionable insights for reporting and continuous improvement;
• Work within Agile Frameworks;
