Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Job descriptionBuild and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable revenue and client retention. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior leadership. Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations. Negotiate contract terms and close deals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations. Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed. Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns. Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–7+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within the US staffing industry. Deep understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, labor laws, and client expectations. Existing network of direct clients or prospects in IT, Engineering, life sciences, or similar verticals (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and MS Office / Google Workspace. Self-starter attitude with a high level of accountability and a focus on results. Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions. Flexible work arrangements (including remote work options). We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our expansion in the US staffing market . In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy, forging new relationships and generating business opportunities across diverse industries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of US-based clients.
