We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Maintenance at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Operations team on a full-time basis.

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Maintenance and Utilities Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of utility systems within a facility, ensuring their efficient and reliable functioning. This role involves managing a team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, addressing issues promptly, and optimizing resource usage.
• Overseeing Utility Systems : The manager is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of utility systems, including water, electricity, HVAC, and other related systems.
• Team Management : Supervising and leading a maintenance team, including technicians and contractors, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped.
• Preventive Maintenance : Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure longevity.
• Issue Resolution : Promptly addressing maintenance issues, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Resource Management : Managing budgets, resources, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks, and exploring opportunities to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
• Compliance And Safety : Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Project Planning And Execution : Planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and repair projects.
• Budget Management : Managing and tracking maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Collaboration : Collaborating with other departments to meet their maintenance and renovation needs.
