JOB DETAILS

• To maintain matter with Land Scouters / Brokers for Land Acquisition
• Survey of Location of Plot
• Boundary fixing of plot
• To attend to conveyance matters
• To attend to Municipal assessment matters
• To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc
• To make documents of tenants purchase / society redevelopment / plots / flats
• To be able to search and ascertain property title at talati / thelsidar / stamp duty / city civil / High Court / To check 7 / 12, Mutation Entry / PR Card / DP Remarks etc.
• To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions
• Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions
• To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices
• To be able to make title flow of property / lands etc
• To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants
• To oversee land survey with demarcation
• Due diligence of lands and structuring of deals
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the various types of tenanted and governmental schemes
• Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition
• Interaction with Legal, Liaison, Security, Architects, Consultants, Govt Authorities, Clients, Vendors, Land representatives and Management
