Job description
Key Responsibilities :
IRDAI Compliances
Governance
Annual Reports
Statutory
NBFC
Companies Act
Legal Compliances
Drafting & Vetting
Due Diligence)
Obtaining License from IRDAI
Managing BQP registration, POSP agreements, POSP Data filing, and Broker Code creation.
Timely filing of returns / disclosures to IRDAI.
Drafting of KYC, Grievance redressal mechanism, and other policies.
Communicate & arrange various data from Investors.
Various ROC Filing, like SH-7, DIR-12, MGT-6, AOC-4, MGT-7 Etc.
Drafting of Minutes, resolutions and preparing statutory registers.
Downstream Investment reporting with RBI.
Dealing with Bankers, vendors and authorities.
Drafting on various policies as required under various regulations.
Assisting in implementing the Compliance tool.
Single-handedly working on obtaining an NBFC license.
Keeping track of FDI, FATF, and other updates.
REQUIREMENTS
7 or 8+ yrs. of experience after completing the Company Secretary
Experience in an NBFC / INSURANCE based company is needed with focus on IRDAI licensing. Only male candidates are preferred.
Knowledge of MS- Office, MCA, RBI, CIBIL, CERSAI and IRDAI.
Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbers-driven role.
