Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • IRDAI Compliances
  • Governance
  • Annual Reports
  • Statutory
  • NBFC
  • Companies Act
  • Legal Compliances
  • Drafting & Vetting
  • Due Diligence)
  • Obtaining License from IRDAI
  • Managing BQP registration, POSP agreements, POSP Data filing, and Broker Code creation.
  • Timely filing of returns / disclosures to IRDAI.
  • Drafting of KYC, Grievance redressal mechanism, and other policies.
  • Communicate & arrange various data from Investors.
  • Various ROC Filing, like SH-7, DIR-12, MGT-6, AOC-4, MGT-7 Etc.
  • Drafting of Minutes, resolutions and preparing statutory registers.
  • Downstream Investment reporting with RBI.
  • Dealing with Bankers, vendors and authorities.
  • Drafting on various policies as required under various regulations.
  • Assisting in implementing the Compliance tool.
  • Single-handedly working on obtaining an NBFC license.
  • Keeping track of FDI, FATF, and other updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7 or 8+ yrs. of experience after completing the Company Secretary
  • Experience in an NBFC / INSURANCE based company is needed with focus on IRDAI licensing. Only male candidates are preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS- Office, MCA, RBI, CIBIL, CERSAI and IRDAI.
  • Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills.
