The ideal candidate is proficient in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, with a deep understanding of both technical development and design discovery processes. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with designers and marketers to build modern, effective, and SEO-optimized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Framer, GoHighLevel, and Webflow.
• Convert Figma mockups and AI-generated content / designs into engaging, SEO-friendly websites.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and creative direction.
• Implement and optimize on-page SEO best practices for all web projects.
• Integrate third-party tools and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Manage website performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and optimize load speeds.
• Handle client communications and project updates independently.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on web design trends, SEO changes, and emerging tech.
