KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collect consolidate and analyze daily weekly and monthly data from cross-functional teams (Sales Finance Operations etc.).

Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports dashboards and trackers for business review.

Ensure timely and accurate data uploads reconciliations and validations in company systems.

Support business teams with actionable insights derived from data trends and performance metrics.

Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain documentation for data sources report logic and version control.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting quality.

Assist in ad hoc analyses and presentations for management reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce Economics Statistics or related field.

25 years of experience in MIS data analysis or reporting (preferably in FMCG or startup environment).

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP formulas dashboards).

Working knowledge of Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
