RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Design Leadership

  • Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation,

ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

  • Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and

    • user needs.

    User-Centric Design Expertise

  • Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products

    • that exceed user expectations.

  • Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border

    • financial services.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on

    • ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.

  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

    • Design Systems and Standards

  • Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across

    • products and platforms.

    Problem Solving at Scale

  • Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches,

    • delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.

    Experience : 7–9 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio

    showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact. Experience working in agile,

    fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.

    Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a

    solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.

    Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability

    to influence senior stakeholders.
