Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative who will
focus on LinkedIn-based outreach to identify and connect with key decision-makers such as
CTOs, IT Heads, IT Managers, CEOs, and Directors. You will play a critical role in generating
qualified leads, introducing Zarthi's offerings, and scheduling meetings for the business team.
This is a high-impact role that demands communication finesse, strong research capabilities, and
a result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn based on target industry, designation and company size.
Connect with CXOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders via LinkedIn messaging, In Mails, and emails.
Clearly communicate Zarthi’s service offerings.
Schedule discovery or demo calls for the business team.
Maintain accurate outreach records and follow-up notes in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications :
0.6–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client outreach.
Experience in a tech services or IT solutions environment is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and professional in tone and approach.
Strong LinkedIn, Calling and email outreach experience.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp company offerings and pitch them clearly.
Ability to handle objections and build interest among senior-level prospects.
Self-motivated, goal driven.
Can ask the right questions and understand pain points quickly during discovery calls.
Ability to identify patterns in prospect responses and optimize messaging for better conversation.
