Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational
Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 1.5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus
on behavioural skills training and leadership development.
Certifications : Certified Coach, Hogan, DISC certification will be an added advantage for this role.
