Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development efforts for our Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI) partners . This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning sales strategies with the objectives of ESA Group and our Principal Partners .
Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly motivated and well-organized, with a deep understanding of Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI) technology and products.Strong business acumen with a proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.Candidates having worked in GWInstek, Ametek, Elektro Automatik, Teledyne LeCroy, Tektronix, Agilent, Keysight, Fluke, Keithley or any leading TMI brands or their authorized distributors are preferred.Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Test and Measuring Instrument (TMI) Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets for our TMI partners.
1. Ownership of Sales Targets & Business Development
Fully own and drive sales targets in the assigned region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve business goals.Willingness to travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.Provide regular reports on customer engagement, pipeline development, and business progress to management.2. Strategic Engagement with Principal Partners
Develop and propose a business plan aligned with partner objectives.Build and maintain an accurate sales forecast plan .Provide weekly progress reports to partners.Foster strong business relationships with Principal Representatives in India to drive collaboration.3. Marketing & Demand Generation
Identify and participate in relevant marketing forums to enhance brand visibility.Develop and propose marketing budgets in collaboration with partners.Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.4. Cross-functional Collaboration with Technical Teams
Work closely with Technical Support Managers, Area Office Managers, and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to achieve sales and product objectives.Lead and coordinate efforts between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support for clients.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI) industry.Strong understanding of TMI equipment, including product knowledge and application use cases across different industries / domains.Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the TMI industry, we welcome you to be part of our dynamic and growing team!
