Job Title : Lead Java Developer

Experience : 8 to13 Years

Job Description :

• 10+ years as Lead Developer in enterprise class products in J2EE space
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Must have experience in Java / J2EE / JavaScript technologies, AngularJS
• Working knowledge on UI technologies like TypeScript / Bootstrap and server-side technologies like JPA / Hibernate / Spring and Microservice Architecture is required
• Good knowledge on Oracle Database design development including SQL query development & optimization skills are desired
• Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications
• Experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda is a plus
• For example, the Serverless Application Model (AWS SAM)
• Experience with AWS technologies like S3, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, RDS, Cloud Watch is a plus
• Experience with Docker Containers is desirable
• Knowledge of Kubernetes space is a plus
• Understanding of the IT Infrastructure can mitigate the risks and work on improving the IT infrastructure as needed
• Experience on working with Git, Testing framework and agile methodology
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills required
• Client service experience is highly desirable
• Must possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills for managing multiple, diverse team and conflicting activities are required
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects with tight timelines
• Track of excellent team bonding, positive attitude, self-motivated, motivates peers and ready to learn new things and take up projects proactively and bring it to logical conclusion
