Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Developer / Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role will involve leading technical aspects of FSL projects, developing and customizing solutions, and providing support for existing Salesforce environments. The candidate should be capable of handling both development and technical leadership :
Technical Leadership :
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce FSL solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and solutions.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Salesforce Development (FSL Focus) :
Develop and customize Salesforce FSL applications using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.Configure and customize FSL features, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, optimization, and mobile workflows.Implement complex business logic and automation within the Salesforce platform.Integrate Salesforce FSL with other systems using APIs and middleware.Customize and enhance the Salesforce FSL mobile application.Lightning Web Components (LWC) :
Develop reusable LWC components for Salesforce applications, including FSL.Utilize LWC to create modern, performant, and user-friendly interfaces.Ensure the quality and maintainability of LWC codebase.Support and Maintenance :
Provide technical support for existing Salesforce FSL implementations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL and Salesforce.Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.Work with the support team to address and resolve production issues.Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Participate in Agile / Scrum development processes.Maintain clear and concise :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Preferred Skills :
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant).Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Experience with CI / CD tools and processes.Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).Experience in handling customer escalations and production supportref : hirist.tech)
