Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Detox for end-to-end testing of React Native applications. The ideal candidate will lead our mobile automation efforts, ensuring high-quality mobile app delivery through robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Detox for React Native mobile applications.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand application features and verify test requirements.
Integrate automated tests with CI / CD pipelines and monitor test execution results.
Drive improvements in mobile test strategy, framework architecture, and test coverage.
Identify, document, and track bugs and enhancements.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices across the team.
Contribute to performance, accessibility, and regression testing as needed.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software QA with at least 2+ years focused on mobile test automation.

1+ year of hands-on experience with Detox framework and React Native applications.

Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for writing automation scripts.

Experience with tools like Jest , Appium , Xcode , Android Studio , Fastlane , and Firebase Test Lab .

Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their respective UI / UX guidelines.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins , GitHub Actions , CircleCI , or Bitrise .

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
