Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant with 7+ years of expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and / or techno-functional expertise in one or more Fusion modules (Finance, HCM, SCM, PPM, Procurement, etc.), and should have strong experience in end-to-end implementations, client interactions, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across relevant modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Configure Fusion Cloud modules based on client needs and Oracle best practices.
- Manage and conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Handle data migration, interfaces, integrations, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and quarterly patch assessments.
- Create functional / technical design documents and test cases.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and Oracle support as required.
- Lead or mentor junior consultants on project deliverables and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Oracle Applications with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.Expertise in at least one Oracle Fusion module (Finance, HCM, SCM, PPM, Procurement, etc.).Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, best practices, and business processes.Familiar with tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and FBDI / ADFDI for data loads.Oracle Cloud certification in relevant module(s).Experience working in Agile / Hybrid Agile delivery models.Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and regression testing.Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder, or SaaS extensions.ref : hirist.tech)
