Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities

Candidate with the experience is preferred for overseeing entire accounting and compliance of organization.

Should have experience of handling an Accounts Team of 3-5.

Candidate should have knowledge of budget preparation and is responsible for deliverables relating to costs & budgets to Management.

Responsible for monthly / yearly budgeted / actual cash flow preparation and escalation of areas of concern and risk to management.

Responsible for proper accounting of Revenue & costs for the organization.

Responsible for issuance of invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Responsible for accurate & timely payment to contractors & vendors.

Responsible for taxation related matters involving direct taxes & indirect tax, including regular TDS deduction and monthly / quarterly / annual payment / return filing.

For indirect taxes like GST, payment and monthly / quarterly / annual return filing.

Providing accounting and other information to external & internal auditors and solving their queries.

Scrutiny of ledger, passing closing entries and closure of monthly books of accounts.

Preparation of final accounts and coordination with statutory auditors for audit of the same.

Assisting holding companies for incorporation of records into their financial reports.

Coordination with clients / vendors / holding companies / bankers / other external agencies / stakeholders for various commercial / statutory matters.

Preparation of various management information reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

B. Com (From Recognised University) + CA

Required Skills

5 to 7 years of experience in accounting and compliance.

Strong leadership skills to manage an accounts team.

Proficient in budget preparation and financial reporting.

Knowledge of taxation and compliance regulations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with external and internal audits.

Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
