Technical Troubleshooting : Perform effective technical troubleshooting to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and contribute to developing solutions.
Process Improvement : Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, process optimization, and workflow standardization within the product lifecycle.
Collaboration : Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA specialists to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
Communication : Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical findings and bug details into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
Familiarity with data query languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
