Role : Oracle Cloud Technical Associate

The Managed Services Associate - Oracle Cloud Technical Associate will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle Cloud clients. This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Oracle ERP / HCM and Fusion Cloud Technical aspects , strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
• Provide support to the Oracle managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
• Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Visual Builder (Redwood pages)
• Application Integration Specialist : Strong integration experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Development (OIC)– must demonstrate having built multiple interfaces integrating with Oracle ERP Cloud both inbound and outbound (Cloud -to Cloud, On Premise-Cloud Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS technical experience in Financials, HCM or SCM modules, Event based Integrations, Online workflows)
• Expertise in Design, Development and delivery using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Database. Experience in designing & developing extensions (PaaS for SaaS)
• Experience building Bulk integrations in OIC, building, and Uploading FBDI Files to Oracle ERP Cloud. Building ERP integration scenarios to execute end-to-end inbound and outbound data flows. Build FBDI Based Data Migrations / Interfaces using Oracle ERP Adapter with Call back mechanism is a must.
• Building a Strong Error Handling Mechanism for Integration fallouts is a must.
• Experience working with FBDI, REST API, SOAP Web Services of Oracle Cloud ERP.

Work experience on development of SaaS extensions using VBCS ( Visual builder) for Redwood pages.
