Role Description

Hashtech Info is hiring freshers for a remote Bench Sales Recruiter role. This is a full-time night shift position for individuals with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a desire to grow in US IT Staffing.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Good English communication

Basic computer skills

Must have own laptop and high-speed internet

Ready to work full-time US shift (5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST)

Only freshers (0–1 year experience)

Key Responsibilities :

Market bench consultants to US clients / vendors

Post and update resumes on job portals

Coordinate interviews and follow-up

Learn US tax terms and the recruitment process
