Database Administrator

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our database systems across multiple platforms including MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of database architecture, and a passion for performance tuning and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, install, configure, and maintain databases in MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments.
• Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Perform regular database backups and recovery operations.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Implement and maintain database security (user roles, permissions, encryption).

Compensation : 35 LPA - 40 LPA ($19.80 / hr - $22.63 / hr USD)
