About the Role :

At Olive Green , We are looking for a highly driven Sales Professional with proven experience in selling CRM platforms like Freshsales, Kapture, Salesbabu, Enjay CRM, Sankey CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inside sales or direct B2B sales of CRM software.

The role involves promoting and selling a high-performance CRM platform – to businesses that require streamlined lead management, sales automation, and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and pitch CRM solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain and manage sales data, pipelines, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 2–5 years of experience in selling CRM platforms or SaaS-based sales solutions.
  • Prior experience selling platforms like Freshsales, Kapture, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify potential clients and understand different business models.
  • Self-starter with a strong sales drive and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good to Have :

  • Experience in selling to clients across sectors that need CRM for product launches, sales tracking, and marketing.
