We’re Hiring : Sales Executive (Event Venue & Wedding Industry Only)
Full-Time | Remote | Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM PST (California Time)
Aroza Event Center is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in event venues, wedding planning, or hospitality sales.
If you’ve worked closely with families planning weddings, birthdays, or milestone events — and know how to sell with both strategy and empathy — this role is for you.
We are not hiring general sales candidates. This position is strictly for those who have been part of the event or wedding industry and understand the unique journey of converting emotionally driven leads into successful, memorable bookings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle qualified inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, social media, emails, and website inquiries
- Manage the full client journey — from inquiry to post-event relationship
- Guide clients with empathy, providing support, clarity, and solutions throughout the planning process
- Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to move leads through the pipeline
- Use CRM tools (like Airtable) to track leads, update statuses, and organize follow-ups
- Set up and coordinate venue tours, share package details, and manage pricing conversations
- Collaborate with our marketing team to review campaign performance and generate new leads
Requirements – Must-Have Background :
3–4 years experience in event venue, wedding planning, banquet sales, or hospitality salesProven record of converting leads into confirmed bookings for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate eventsFluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken & written) — Spanish is a plusStrong interpersonal skills : knows how to guide emotional buyers and manage expectations with graceComfortable working independently and handling remote tools and client conversationsFamiliar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google AdsConfident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for communication and contentBonus Points :
Hands-on experience in event centers, banquet halls, hotels, or wedding planning companiesFamiliarity with email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated follow-upsAbility to work late PST hours and communicate with both U.S. and India-based teams
