About the Role

We re on the lookout for a creative and detailoriented Content Writer who can bring software stories to life. If you re someone who loves simplifying complex tech concepts and knows how to strike the right balance between informative and engaging we d love to meet you.

You ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across platforms from blogs and web pages to WhatsApp campaigns and email journeys. Whether it s a punchy headline or a detailed case study your words will help us connect with the manufacturing industry and build credibility at every touchpoint.

What You ll Be Doing :

  • Content Creation
  • Craft compelling and easytounderstand content for software products like ERP DMS CRM SFA and more.
  • Write for various formats blogs website content whitepapers case studies product descriptions social media posts WhatsApp messages email campaigns and more.
  • Tailor content for different stages of the funnel awareness engagement conversion and retention.
  • Create SEOfriendly content to boost organic visibility.

Research & Storytelling

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and new tech in the software space.
  • Break down complex technical features into simple benefitsdriven narratives.

    • Think customerfirst write like you re speaking with your audience not at them.

    Team Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers developers and marketers to align content with business goals and product messaging.
  • Work closely with designers to turn your words into visually impactful assets.
  • Share ideas freely we love brainstorming!

    • Editing & Maintenance

  • Edit and proofread to ensure every piece of content is clear grammatically sound and onbrand.
  • Keep existing content up to date with product and industry changes.

    • What We re Looking For

  • A Bachelor s degree in English Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Musthave : Handson experience Strong command of both longform and shortform writing.
  • Comfort with conversational and persuasive writing styles especially for WhatsApp content email campaigns and ad copy.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and a solid grasp of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills you can juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines.

    • Bonus points if you ve dabbled in multimedia content like infographics short videos or visuals.
