Key Responsibilities :

  • User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and derive actionable insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using relevant tools to visualize and test design concepts early in the development cycle.
  • User Interface (UI) Design : Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to design principles.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Usability Testing : Participate in and support usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user interactions.
  • Design Software Proficiency : Utilize up-to-date knowledge of design software to create high-fidelity designs and assets.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.
  • Documentation : Contribute to design system documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating your UI / UX skills, problem-solving approach, and visual design capabilities is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in wireframe and prototyping tools (e., Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (and / or Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field
