🔥 About the Role

This is a tech-leadership role requiring strong hands-on development skills in Java + Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend).

You will lead a development team, work closely with European clients, participate in architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7–10 fullstack developers
• Work directly with European clients to understand requirements
• Develop backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Build frontend applications using Angular 9 / 12+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Build, review, and optimize API services (REST & SOAP)
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing (JUnit, Mockito), and best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker / Kubernetes deployments
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth delivery
