We’re looking for a go-getter Business Development Manager who’s ready to amplify our presence, strategize for scale, and take our brand into new territories.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Drive the growth engine : Identify high-impact opportunities and convert them into long-term business.
- Strategize smartly : Define who we reach out to, how we approach them, and what solutions we pitch.
- Amplify our presence : Use your understanding of platforms like Instagram, , etc., to grow our visibility and voice
- Sell creatively : Use your expertise in content selling and concept selling to win over new business
- Build relationships that matter : Establish strong, trust-based connections with current and potential clients.
- Pitch with power : Present compelling ideas that reflect client needs, market trends, and our unique voice.
- Track & grow revenue : Meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven record of driving revenue increases.

What We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in a content, media, or digital agency.Strong background in content and concept selling.Sharp strategic thinking - understands the full funnel from lead to conversion.Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, creative environment.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.A self-starter with ideas, energy, and drive.Bonus if you’ve worked on influencer-led campaigns, digital IPs, or social-first strategies.
