Your Purpose to the Team :
- Drive consistent and sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Meet or exceed defined MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads that convert into valuable business opportunities
- Act as a key bridge between prospective client needs and the organization’s creative or service-based offerings
- Provide valuable market intelligence to support strategic decision-making

Proactive Prospect Outreach : Independently generate qualified leads every week through email, cold calling, and social media engagement. Craft compelling pitches to build relationships and secure meetings with key decision-makersLead Generation : Identify, research, and target potential leads across LinkedIn, industry platforms, events, tailored email campaigns, and professional networksTarget Achievement : Take full ownership of lead generation metrics and consistently meet growth-oriented goalsLead Qualification Framework : Utilize a structured system to assess and qualify leads based on key factors like need, budget, timeline, and decision authorityMarket Research : Stay current with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to discover new business opportunitiesCross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align lead generation activities with business prioritiesLead-Nurturing Programs : Create and execute strategic nurturing campaigns to move leads through the funnel using tailored content and timely follow-upsWhat We’re Looking For :
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or consulting—ideally within a services or design-oriented organizationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldResilient and persistent communicator who can handle rejection professionallyProven success in B2B lead generation with measurable resultsStrong grasp of the B2B buyer journey and decision-making dynamicsMethodical and data-driven approach to lead targeting and qualificationAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and refine outreach strategiesProficiency with CRM systems, lead generation tools, MS Office, and Google SuiteAbility to maintain accurate records and track lead status throughout the sales cycleNatural problem solver who can uncover client pain points and effectively position offerings as solutionsKey Skills :
