Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Joule Professional with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and integrating SAP’s GenAI-powered assistant – SAP Joule across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working across SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BTP , and AI-driven process automation.

This role requires the ability to design scalable AI workflows, integrate Joule with multiple SAP cloud modules, and drive intelligent business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Joule across multiple business functions.
• Integrate Joule with major SAP systems including S / 4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP , and other SAP cloud applications.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows , prompt-based automation, conversational journeys, and embedded analytics.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify use cases and convert them into practical and scalable Joule-based AI solutions .
• Ensure secure and efficient data connectivity, compliance, and system stability.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, demos , and adoption strategies for end users.
• Troubleshoot Joule-related issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Utilize SAP BTP services, APIs, and extensions to enhance and customize Joule capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest SAP updates on AI Core, machine learning, automation, and Joule advancements .
