Job Title : Manager – Cyber Risk Defense

Experience : 9 - 15 Years

Location : Pune (Permanent Role)

Working Hours : Rotational (6 AM–3 PM & 2 PM–11 PM IST)

What You’ll Do :

• Lead a team of Cyber Risk Defense professionals in active threat detection and incident response. - Supervise operational activities like threat containment, remediation, and stakeholder reporting. - Drive team performance, manage shift schedules, and ensure effective knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture and close architectural gaps. - Develop and execute tactical action plans aligned with business objectives.
