What You’ll Be Doing : Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, acting as the go-to person for inquiries and issue resolution. Handle escalations as the first point of contact. Track and analyze engagement data to spot trends and suggest improvements. Assist in developing and executing engagement programs and initiatives.
