Job description

Providing daily L1 support to all the GST & FAD modules in Finacle.

Providing various MIS as per requirement.

Execution of Finsertx process for parking GST liability from income account.

Daily extraction of GST data and pushing the same in to the GST engine for invoicing and compliances.

Guide business users for day-to-day operational issues / requirements in these modules.

Changes in setup / configurations in Financials modules as per business requirement for e.g. TDS setup / GST setup / Exception setup etc.

Raise and follow up SR with Oracle as per requirement.

Requirement analysis and development in SQL / PL / SQL / Forms / Reports / XML Publisher for change requests in for custom reports ,forms, personalization and ad-hoc reporting / data requirements.

Support custom applications interfaced with Oracle Financials.

Execution & modification of automation test scripts.

Certifications (if any)

Any certification of Oracle would be an added advantage.
