Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned VP Engineering with 15+ Years of experience to define and drive the engineering vision and strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

A strong enthusiasm for GenAI is a must, with a focus on leveraging it to boost efficiency and innovation in the organization.

The role demands a sharp eye on engineering excellence, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration, which will help us shape the future of technology and performance at Responsibilities & Architecture Leadership :

  • Define and evolve the companys technology strategy and system architecture.
  • Ensure platforms are resilient, secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Provide technical direction for product development, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and Planning & Execution :
  • Convert business objectives into scalable engineering roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across product, design, data, and business teams.
  • Drive alignment between technical initiatives and company-wide strategic & Executive Engagement :
  • Act as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team.
  • Communicate engineering plans, trade-offs, and risk factors effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Influence decision-making and prioritize effectively in alignment with business & Operational Excellence :
  • Lead execution of engineering projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and scalability.
  • Establish KPIs, implement project tracking mechanisms, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Ensure engineering operations support rapid growth while maintaining high Optimization & Automation :
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the development lifecycle.
  • Drive automation in CI / CD, testing, monitoring, and infrastructure management to reduce manual overhead and increase reliability.
  • Eliminate technical debt and continuously improve engineering Culture & Leadership :
  • Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization rooted in ownership, trust, and continuous learning.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and excellence.
  • Promote engineering best practices, peer learning, and structured & Technical Communication :
  • Ensure clear, accessible documentation of systems, decisions, and processes.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing through internal tech talks, brown-bag sessions, and external contributions (blogs, conferences, Development & Talent Strategy :
  • Attract, hire, and retain world-class engineering talent.
  • Coach and mentor engineering leaders to scale with the organization.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across the engineering Were Looking For :
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling complex, distributed systems in high-velocity environments.
  • Track record of successfully leading large engineering teams through rapid scale and organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Managing Devops and focus on optimising tech budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, engineering rigor, and automation.
  • Strong project and delivery management mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes.
  • Passion for documentation, engineering excellence, and building scalable, future-proof systems.
