Role Description - FullStack Developer ( Java + React )

Role Location - Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Role Overview - FullStack Developer (Java + React)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated FullStack Developer with 3 - 6 years of experience in building robust web applications using Java (Spring Boot and other modern frameworks) for the backend, and React.js for the frontend. In this role, you'll work on scalable, user-centric platforms that leverage AI and modern cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and dynamic frontend applications.

Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Collaborate with design, product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and UI rendering.

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code using industry best practices.

Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines for deployment automation and testing.

Troubleshoot issues in production and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and frameworks in both frontend and backend ecosystems.

Qualifications

3 - 6 years of experience in fullstack web development.

Strong backend experience with Java , including :

Spring Boot (core expertise)

Spring MVC / Spring Security

Familiarity with Quarkus , Micronaut , or Dropwizard is a plus.

ORM tools like Hibernate , JPA , or MyBatis .

Proficient in frontend development using :

React.js with functional components and hooks

Familiarity with Redux , React Query , or Zustand

Experience with responsive UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS , Material UI , Bootstrap )

Experience with REST API development and consumption.

Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2).

Familiar with Docker, Git, and CI / CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and collaboration in agile teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with reactive programming ( Project Reactor , RxJava ).

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs or WebSocket-based real-time communication.

Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

Frontend testing tools like Jest , Testing Library , or Cypress .

Backend testing frameworks like JUnit 5 , Mockito , or Testcontainers .

DevOps and monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
