Specialist- solutions architect

Accelya is seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to craft end-to-end architecture for complex systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architecture solutions .
• Design end-to-end technical architectures across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Define solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies , and non-functional requirements ( performance, scalability, security , etc.).
• Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment to the architecture and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis , and impact assessments for proposed changes or new initiatives.
• Ensure architecture compliance with regulatory and security standards .
• Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize deployment architecture, CI / CD pipelines , and cloud / on-prem environments.
• Mentor developers and junior architects to build architectural thinking within the team.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends ; assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.
