Social Media & Content Manager

Job descriptionContent Strategy : Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling. Reel Creation & Editing : Conceptualize and edit high-quality reels using advanced tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.). Graphic Design : Create beautiful visual assets and templates (posts, stories, campaign creatives) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Captioning & Storytelling : Write engaging, clear captions and develop strong narrative flows for reels and carousels. Content Management : Schedule, post, and manage daily uploads across Instagram and other channels. Shoot Direction : Work closely with our freelance videographer / photographer - you'll lead shot planning, styling, and creative execution. Brand Aesthetic : Maintain and evolve our visual language across all touchpoints. Performance Analysis : Track what works, what doesn't, and tweak accordingly. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media and content management for a premium or lifestyle / D2C brand. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Inshot etc.) Strong visual taste and an understanding of how to make content look beautiful and perform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you'll be captioning and scripting. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
