Job description

ProFounders Architect is a program to bring out the champion in you to Build & Grow team for areas listed below or of your choice that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives :

Digital Sales & Marketing - for GTM planning & execution of all Products built / developed for Clients and SaaS rollouts by managing digital marketing campaigns, including SMS, web, SEO / SEM, email, social media to bring and generate leads
Product - for driving Agile / Scrum practices, Product Development / Design SME and the go to person to resolve every impediment for MVP / MDP / Live for successful rollout of Reliable and Scalable SaaS applications & Client rollouts
Technology - for building the CodelessAI Platform that powers all the applications and also offered as a SaaS platform for application design and development. Skills required on Java, JavaScript, CSS, AI / ML using Java / Python

Qualifications :

MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.

Min 2 years of relevant experience

Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information :

Salary : 25000 / -pm

Additional quarterly performance bonus post confirmation and Annual Performance Bonus

Work Location : In person at Thane

Only Mumbai / Thane candidates will be preferred

Upto 3% of Sweat equity for exceptional candidates
