Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA FRM) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LOS / LMS software.
• Experience with credit risk scoring models and lending decision systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines and other relevant lending regulations.
• Familiarity with loan products borrower credit evaluation and default prediction models.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools credit risk models and relevant software.
• Strong communication skills for presenting risk assessments and team collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to manage risk exposure.
