Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production lines, and finished goods.
- Implement and monitor quality control protocols to ensure food-grade standards are met.
- Perform routine testing and sampling of products for microbial, chemical, and physical parameters.
- Document and analyze quality data, reporting deviations and initiating corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Train staff on hygiene practices, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, or related field.Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.Experience with lab testing, audits, and documentation.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Familiarity with tools like ERP systems, LIMS, or SPC software.Experience : 0-1year
