AVP - Offline Business P&L, Monetization & Strategy About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead the P&L, monetization, and strategic initiatives for our General Trade - SB / QR / EDC business. This role will be pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

P&L Management :

Own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for the General Trade business, including revenue, cost, and profitability.

  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work on improving the Net Payment Margin for EDC business.
  • Understanding & Driving - MDR, PG, & Routing for MDR bearing instruments.

Monetization :

Identify and explore new revenue streams and partnerships to drive growth.

  • Develop and execute innovative monetization strategies, such as value-added services, premium offerings, and strategic alliances.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new revenue generation.
  • Strategic Planning :

    Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the offline business, aligned with the overall company goals.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop business plans and forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Team Management :

    Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
  • 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
