AVP - Offline Business P&L, Monetization & Strategy About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead the P&L, monetization, and strategic initiatives for our General Trade - SB / QR / EDC business. This role will be pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

P&L Management :

Own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for the General Trade business, including revenue, cost, and profitability.

Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Work on improving the Net Payment Margin for EDC business.
Understanding & Driving - MDR, PG, & Routing for MDR bearing instruments.

Monetization :

Identify and explore new revenue streams and partnerships to drive growth.

Develop and execute innovative monetization strategies, such as value-added services, premium offerings, and strategic alliances.

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new revenue generation.

Strategic Planning :

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the offline business, aligned with the overall company goals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Develop business plans and forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

Team Management :

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and managers.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Skills :

MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.

8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.

Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
