Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager - E-commerce to lead our marketplace channel. This role is crucial for driving sales, profitability, and overall strategic growth across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketplace Channel Management : Take full ownership and actively manage BECO's presence and performance across all e-commerce marketplaces.
- P&L Management & Strategy : Be responsible for the P&L of the marketplace channel. Formulate and execute account-wise strategies to drive sales, gross profit, and contribution margins.
- Business Operations & Marketing : Plan, execute, and support all business operations and marketing activities related to e-commerce at every level.
- End-to-End E-commerce Management : Oversee product assortment, manage supply chain logistics to ensure product availability, optimize distribution channels, and integrate CRM strategies for enhanced customer engagement.
- Performance Marketing : Drive the overall performance marketing function for marketplaces. This includes managing and optimizing campaigns such as Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Sponsored Ads, Targeted Display ads, Product Listing Ads (PLAs), Product Collection Ads (PCAs), and other relevant digital advertising initiatives.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement plans to achieve corporate sales goals and market share objectives within the e-commerce landscape.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts at various e-commerce marketplaces to ensure favorable terms and maximum exposure for BECO's products.
- Reporting & Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on marketplace performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management, preferably within the D2C or FMCG sectors.Proven track record of managing marketplace channels and achieving P&L targets.Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including product assortment, supply chain, and distribution.Hands-on experience with performance marketing on marketplaces, utilizing tools like AMS, Sponsored Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.Ability to formulate and execute account-wise strategies to drive sales and profitability.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills :
