Job Description

• Develop and implement a robust risk management framework and processes.
• Lead and manage the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks within the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with risk management strategies.
• Provide risk assessment and risk management training for employees.
• Report on risk management to the board of directors and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in the business environment.
• Ensure the company's risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Legal + Compliance Office

• A degree in law with a minimum of 6 years experience
• Solid understanding of risk analysis, risk management principles and methods
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and prediction software
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain risk information and strategy to staff and stakeholders
• Candidate with BIG 4 work ex current or past will be given preference.
• Educational Qualification : LLB / LLM + Company Secretary (Maximum of 2 attempts shall be considered)
• A minimum of 80% in 10th and 12th and a minimum of 75 % in their respective UG / PG qualifications
