Key Responsibilities : Client Servicing : Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand clients’ business goals, brand positioning, and social media objectives. Lead regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations. Manage client expectations, proactively addressing issues and providing timely solutions. Ensure timely delivery of all social media campaigns, reports, and deliverables. Account Management : Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client’s needs. Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality work. Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement. Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and present campaign results to clients. Upsell and cross-sell social media services to grow account revenue. Team Collaboration & Leadership : Guide and mentor junior team members in client communication and project management. Ensure clarity of briefs and effective coordination among internal stakeholders. Maintain a high standard of quality and timeliness across all projects. Key Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in social media account management or client servicing roles, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts successfully. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and paid media campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
