Key Responsibilities : Represent the Forest Essentials brand with pride and professionalism at our retail stores. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized, expert product recommendations. Provide each customer with a unique, tailored in-store experience to ensure satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success. Adhere to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and operational excellence. Support the store in-charge with daily operations and administrative tasks as needed. Keep product knowledge up to date to provide accurate information and guidance. Maintain impeccable grooming standards, reflecting the brand’s image at all times.

Experience : A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail is required.

Qualification : A graduate degree in any specialization.
