Job Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing and creating business strategyfor the Residential & Commercial vertical and develop business plans keeping in view market opportunities for short term & long-term perspective
- Detailed analysis of information on business opportunities in the particular business vertical
- Identify potential customers for sales of Commercial and Residential plots.
- To meet potential clients at the highest level including big global companies, make convincing presentations, proposals and converting the same to business deals and commercial transaction closure.
- Deliver on the agreed ROI / profitability on the vertical
- Coordination with Infrastructure planning & operations team for customized product delivery / solutions
- Monitor the project activities, compare with the scheduled activities, ensure delivery on cost, quality and time parameters & Initiate preventive & corrective actions where required
Education Requirement :
Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales) from reputed institute / University
Experience Requirement :
15-18 Years
